ESP Vacation Rentals is combining its roster of vacation and annual rentals with Duncan Real Estate’s property management and vacations rental clientele. Duncan Real Estate is adding 45 properties, which pushes its total to 110.

New York Gov. David Paterson says the state is dedicating $137 million to improving and expanding affordable housing statewide.
The money will help the New York Division of Housing and Community Renewal build and preserve about 6,400 units.

Shares of Freddie Mac fell to a 13-year low Monday amid continuing uncertainty about how much the housing market’s troubles will slam the mortgage finance company.
